Our units are available for guests to move in the following dates:

Note that dates are subject to change, but we do update this website quickly. First right of refusal given to current tenants before securing a lease with new tenant.
Monthly Rates
We have a $500 refundable deposit due at lease signing, and a $125 cleaning fee. The monthly rent depends on the lease term. Leases must be at least 1 month, per building rules.
Rates are as follows for move in dates after June 1, 2025:
1 month (or longer) lease: $1775/month
3 month (or longer) lease: $1645/month
6 month (or longer) lease: $1595/month
1 year lease: $1545/month
