Studio 18 is available for a move in date ranging from Feb 18th - Feb 28th, 2026
Our Studio apartments are located in the heart of downtown Columbia, less than 2 miles from Prisma Baptist, Prisma Richland, and MUSC Health Downtown Columbia, as well as Columbia’s vibrant Vista and Main St restaurants, bars, and shops.
All utilities are included to make life as easy as possible. (Internet, Power, parking, water, pool, gym, & Cable). Fully Furnished with lots of storage to maximize the space in our studio units with amazing views.
Each unit is a studio floor plan with a large living/sleeping area, bed, sofa, TV, full kitchen, bathroom, and panoramic views of downtown Columbia.
Other amenities include a newly renovated pool and grill area, fitness center, assigned parking space, and a clubhouse. Laundry easy to access via elevator to basement.
The 18th floor unit underwent a complete renovation in 2024 – floors, kitchen, bathroom, paint- the works. Everything is brand new, fresh & clean!
Monthly Rates
We have a $500 refundable deposit due at lease signing, and a $125 cleaning fee. The monthly rent depends on the lease term. Leases must be at least 1 month, per building rules.
Rates are as follows for move in dates after June 1, 2025:
1 month (or longer) lease: $1775/month
3 month (or longer) lease: $1645/month
6 month (or longer) lease: $1595/month
1 year lease: $1545/month
