Our preferred lease term is 3 months or longer, but we do sometimes accept 1 month leases.  1 month is the minimum per the building rules.  Price breaks are available at 3M, 6M, and 1 year lease term increments.

We first ask that you fill out a pre-qualification questionnaire.  It’s free, quick, and easy and just makes sure it’s a good fit for everyone before taking the next steps.  Next, we will send you an online application.  This usually has a fee of around $30 and covers a background and credit check.  This must be filled out within 3 days to hold your place.  We will let you know if you are approved within 2 days and fill out a contract!

At lease signing, the security deposit ($500) and cleaning fee ($125) are due.  Your first month’s rent (prorated) will be due 2 weeks before move in.  Once living in the unit, each month’s rent is due at the 1st of the month.  Your last month will be prorated if appropriate.

All!  We cover internet, parking, power, cable, water, and more to make life as easy as possible!

We can always show you the building and amenities, but it is not always possible to show you the exact unit, as it may be occupied.  We don’t want to disturb our current guests (and won’t disturb you with showings when you live there, either).  But if a different unit is open, we are happy to show it, and the building, pool, gym, etc.

We have a $500 refundable deposit due at lease signing, and a $125 cleaning fee.  The monthly rent depends on the lease term.  Leases must be at least 1 month, per building rules.   

Rates are as follows for move in dates after June 1, 2025:

1 month (or longer) lease: $1775/month

3 month (or longer) lease:  $1645/month

6 month (or longer) lease:  $1595/month

1 year lease:  $1545/month

Of course!  Your first month will be prorated based on your move in day.  And your last month will be prorated based on the move out day.

We take all payments through apartments.com.  You can pay there for free with a bank account, or can use your credit card for a fee.  You can set up automatic payments each month.
